Our brief was to increase the number of tenders received.
We set up a CRM database to manage contacts then started a series of marketing campaigns aimed at raising their profile and generating enquiries.
Within the first 4 months Marlows had received double the number of tenders compared to the previous 8 months combined and had applied for 3 construction frameworks. In addition over 6 face to face meetings with key consultancies had been set up.
